August 19th - Classroom assignments mailed

August 27th - Attend Rudyard Area Schools Open House

September 2nd - First day of school!

Candace Mudroch

Hello! Welcome future kinders and families! My name is Mrs. Mudroch and I am so excited for you to become part of our Bulldog School Family!

Kindergarten is an important milestone in a child’s life. It’s a time for children to expand their love of learning, knowledge, interests and their ability to get along with others. It’s going to be a year of wonder and amazing growth for your child.

My classroom is an inviting place where we are going to have fun learning math, reading, writing, science and lots more! Together, we are going to learn, grow and become a school family. I look forward to our kindergarten adventure with each child and family. We will have a fun-tastic year!

Halle Freeman

Welcome to my Rudyard Kindergarten class. My name is Mrs. Freeman and I look forward to getting to know your family!

A little bit about myself... My husband and I currently live in Sault Ste. Marie, MI. We are both graduates of Lake Superior State University! I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Early Childhood.

I feel so blessed to be here at Rudyard and have the opportunity to be your child's teacher. I strive to make our classroom feel like a family and a great learning environment. It is going to be a great year full of fun and learning!

Vivian Freeman

I attended Northern Michigan University studying Elementary Education and graduated in 2024. 

I grew up in Kinross and graduated from Rudyard in 2020. I enjoy hiking, knitting, baking, and playing with my dog! 

I am excited for the new school year and to be teaching kindergarten this year.
